The average price of farms, ranches and other land for sale in Wisconsin was $277,997. There was 930 acres of sold land in Wisconsin recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a decrease in sales activity over August 2018 data. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $5.4 million. Outagamie County recorded the most land sales recently in the state.
